David Del Bonis
I serve professionals in the workplace; leaders, managers and employees alike, in conflict resolution. I teach techniques to ensure professional communication. My audiences gain practical tools to control biases and perspectives, determine the best way to achieve objectives, use personal voice appropriately and thus solve problems with flexible and alternative thinking. These are valuable skills in adjusting oneself and coordinating with others to prevent and resolve conflict within groups and amongst individuals.
Milestones on the Road to Deconflictional Intelligence
I attended a certified mediator course at the University of Rhode Island in the mid-1990s. Then I tested those mediation techniques in hundreds of situations while working the streets and
maintaining the peace as a police officer. Over the years, I've further educated myself in deconfliction and created my own expanded curriculum for working professionals. This intelligence is valuable when dealing with any person in any situation, and I am gratified to bring it to the public, benefiting workplace relationships.
